About Me

Hi, I'm Jolie Alarcon! I really fell in love with photography when I began taking photos on the yearbook staff in high school. About that same time, I lost my father at the age of 16 to a massive stroke unexpectedly. Each photo I had with him meant so much more to me at that moment. When I was there in one of the lowest points in my life, I could reflect on the pictures we had together and was reminded of the love and wonderful times we had. Photos are memories caught in time that you can keep forever. I am thankful for photos that you can hold on to and relive a moment and all of them emotions with it at any time. That is what I long to give others- timeless moments that can be treasured again and again. I would be honored to capture your most important moments, so that they will be memories you can hold onto forever. Now that I have a family of my own- this is true even more so!
